Warehousing FAQs
The minimum storage period is 1 month and minimum space is 500 sq. ft for ambient storage. Cold storage and bonded warehousing have separate minimums — typically 100 pallet positions or 1,000 sq. ft. We offer flexible month-to-month contracts with no long lock-in periods.
We operate a cloud-based WMS with native integration for SAP, Tally, Unicommerce, Increff and any custom ERP via REST API. Your team gets a dedicated login with role-based access to live inventory, inbound/outbound records and downloadable reports. API documentation is available on request.
All facilities have basic fire and natural calamity cover under our general warehouse insurance. We strongly recommend clients take comprehensive stock-in-transit and warehousing insurance for their specific cargo value. We can assist in arranging cover through our insurance partners at competitive rates.
Orders received before 12:00 noon are dispatched same day from our major hubs (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore). Orders placed post-noon are dispatched next morning. Our integrated transport desk ensures trucks are available at dock within 2 hours of pick completion.
All facilities operate 24/7 with perimeter CCTV (30-day recording), manned entry/exit checkpoints, biometric access for warehouse staff, electronic seal verification on truck docks, and periodic security audits by third-party agencies. Fire suppression and smoke detection systems are mandatory at every site.
We offer multiple billing models depending on your cargo profile: per sq. ft per month (suitable for fixed-space clients), per pallet position per day (ideal for variable stock), and activity-based billing (per receipt, per pick line, per dispatch).
